HCHF's Low-Cost Screenings & Labs program makes preventive healthcare accessible to everyone in Lake Havasu City, regardless of insurance status or income. Early detection saves lives — and we believe cost should never be a barrier to knowing your health.
We partner with local healthcare providers to offer discounted blood panels, health screenings, and lab work at a fraction of typical costs. Our screenings are open to all community members.
All proceeds from our low-cost programs are reinvested directly into HCHF's broader community health mission. Every screening you purchase helps fund free programs for those who need them most.

Schedule Your Appointment
It is your responsibility to schedule your appointment prior to the expiration date listed on the agreement. Your results for any screenings are privately maintained between you and the provider.
Notice to Participants and Providers
Billing Instructions for Foundation-Sponsored Services
The health screenings and laboratory tests authorized by the Havasu Community Health Foundation (HCHF) are paid for directly by the Foundation. Please review the following billing requirements to ensure accurate processing:
Direct Billing: All services authorized by the Foundation must be billed directly to the Foundation, not the participant.
No Insurance Required: Because the Foundation covers these specific costs, no insurance information or personal billing details from the participant are required for these services.

HCHF programs are open to Lake Havasu City participants.
